Migrate from Elvanto

1. Log into your Elvanto account at elvanto.com
2. Go to "People" from the main navigation
3. Click the dropdown arrow next to "People" and select "Export"
4. Choose the fields you want to export
5. Select "CSV" as the export format
6. Click "Export" and save the file

1. Navigate to "Groups" in the main menu
2. Click "Export"
3. Choose to export group membership data
4. Save the groups CSV file

Group structures can be recreated in GraceBase Small Groups.

1. Go to "Finance" section
2. Navigate to "Reports"
3. Select "Transaction Report"
4. Set date range to cover all history
5. Click "Export to CSV"

1. Go to "Services"
2. Export your service roster and volunteer assignments
3. Save for reference when setting up GraceBase

Service rosters will be recreated in GraceBase Events & Volunteers.

1. Log into your GraceBase dashboard
2. Go to "Members" page
3. Click the "Import" button
4. Upload your Elvanto People CSV file
5. Review the column mapping
6. Click "Import Members"

1. Go to "Donations" in GraceBase
2. Click "Import Donations"
3. Upload your Elvanto finance CSV
4. Map the columns for donor, amount, date, and fund
5. Click "Import"

1. Go to "Small Groups" in GraceBase
2. Create groups matching your Elvanto structure
3. Add group leaders and members
4. Configure meeting schedules

1. Compare member counts
2. Spot check profiles for data accuracy
3. Verify giving history totals
4. Test generating a giving statement
