Migrate from Breeze ChMS

Follow these steps to export your data and import into GraceBase

  1. Log into your Breeze account at breezechms.com
  2. Navigate to "People" from the main menu
  3. Click "More Options" (three dots) in the top right
  4. Select "Export to CSV"
  5. Choose "All People" or filter as needed
  6. Click "Export" and save the CSV file

  1. Navigate to "Giving" from the main menu
  2. Click "Contributions"
  3. Set your date range (we recommend exporting all history)
  4. Click "Export" and save the CSV file

  1. Log into your GraceBase dashboard
  2. Go to "Members" page
  3. Click the "Import" button
  4. Upload your Breeze CSV file
  5. Review the column mapping (GraceBase auto-detects Breeze columns)
  6. Click "Import Members"

  1. Go to "Donations" in GraceBase
  2. Click "Import Donations"
  3. Upload your Breeze contributions CSV
  4. Map columns for donor, amount, date, and fund
  5. Click "Import"

  1. Compare member counts between Breeze and GraceBase
  2. Spot check 5-10 member profiles for accuracy
  3. Verify donation totals match your Breeze reports
  4. Generate a test giving statement
